You can enjoy living in this spacious five bedroom house located 

less than two blocks from campus.  Additional attractions include the 

large backyard and full sized patios in the front and back of the house.  

This house is fully furnished.  You will enjoy the very large bedrooms and 

two full sized bathrooms.  Cable and telephone hookups are available 

in every bedroom and living room.  

Utilities are included up to $40/month for water/electric and $65/month for gas. 

 Parking is included in the rent.

This house is available for groups of five students.  

Rent is $2,300/person per semester.  

The Indiana Borough has stopped the use of the orange bags and will be using a Garbage 

Service as of January 2007.  Since garbage costs are the responsibility of the tenants, a one 

time charge of $65.00/student will be collected to account for this new garbage service.  

This will be billed with the Fall semester rent payment.
