and two blocks from downtown Indiana.  The property features hardwood 

flooring, off street parking, a large back yard and two full bathrooms.  In 

addition, this house is fully furnished.  There are cable and telephone hook-ups 

in every bedroom and living room.    

Utilities are included in the rent up to $40/month for water/electric and $65/month for gas. 

Parking is included in the rent.

This house is available for groups of five students.  

Rent is $2,300/student per semester.  One smaller bedroom will 

rent for $2,200 per semester. 

The Indiana Borough has stopped the use of the orange bags and will be using a Garbage 

Service as of January 2007.  Since garbage costs are the responsibility of the tenants, a one 

time charge of $65.00/student will be collected to account for this new garbage service.  

This will be billed with the Fall semester rent payment.
