Enjoy living right next to campus in one of these two modern
apartment buildings located directly behind the IUP Student Union Building.
The Student Union Building houses a modern fitness center, IUP bookstore, logo clothing ship, coffee shop and some campus dining facilities. All apartments have balconies overlooking campus. These buildings are also within walking distance of downtown dining, shopping and entertainment.
Every student has his or her own large bedroom with a full sized bed. Each apartment has two full sized bathrooms. Apartments are fully furnished. There are cable and telephone hook-ups in every bedroom and the living room.
Utilities are included up to $40/month for water/electric and $65/month for gas.
Safety features include a central heat and smoke detection
system, and locking security doors in all central hallways. Each
bedroom is secured with a lock and key.
On site parking is available at an additional charge.

These apartments are available for groups of five students.
One apartment is available for a group of four students.
Rent is $2,500/person per semester.
The
Service as of January 2007. Since garbage costs are the responsibility of the tenants, a one
time charge of $65.00/student will be collected to account for this new garbage service.
This will be billed with the Fall semester rent payment.
