This house accommodates one or two students.  

For one student, rent is $2,500 per semester.  For two students, rent is $1,750/student per semester.  

One parking space behind house is available for $125 per semester.

The Indiana Borough has stopped the use of the orange bags and will be using a Garbage 

Service as of January 2007.  Since garbage costs are the responsibility of the tenants, a one 

time charge of $65.00/student will be collected to account for this new garbage service.  

This will be billed with the Fall semester rent payment.
