This house is available for two groups of three or a group of six.
Rent is $2,250 per student per semester.

Service as of January 2007. Since garbage costs are the responsibility of the tenants, a one
time charge of $65.00/student will be collected to account for this new garbage service.
This will be billed with the Fall semester rent payment.
