Enjoy living in a very spacious 3 bedroom house, only three blocks from campus.  This house features 2 1/2 baths, very large bedrooms, and a large backyard with a full sized patio.  This house is furnished.  Utilities are included in the rent up to $40/month for water and electric and $65/month for gas.  Parking is available on the street.  Cable and telephone hookup is available throughout the house.  

This house is available for groups of three.  

Rent is $2,450 per student per semester.  

The Indiana Borough has stopped the use of the orange bags and will be using a Garbage 

Service as of January 2007.  Since garbage costs are the responsibility of the tenants, a one 

time charge of $65.00/student will be collected to account for this new garbage service.  

This will be billed with the Fall semester rent payment.
