I/we, the undersigned= parents or legal guardians of the above listed tenants agree that by signing this guarantee, I/we guarantee the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the enclosed lease agreement.  This guarantee includes payment in full of all sums that may become due (for our= son or daughter only.)  This guara= ntee remains in effect throughout the term of this lease.  The liability of the parent or leg= al guardian shall be continuing, absolute and unconditional.  The property owner shall not be re= quired to exercise remedies against tenants before proceeding against the person signing the guarantee.

 

(Both parents must si= gn this form.  If parents are separated/divorced and one parent has sole financial responsibility, this form will be signed by the parent with sole financial = responsibility.)
